Ours advices

Its fruity taste requires rather generous and friendly dishes, which you can enjoy as an aperitif with pork toasts and duck rillettes. Enjoy with chicken paupiettes, a coq au vin, salad eggs, grills, grilled lamb chops.

On the cheese side, choose soft, creamy pasta such as brie, camembert, Morbier or Reblochon.
The ideal operating temperature is 14 to 16°C.
