AOC : appellation village
Robe : very light golden yellow with green reflections, it is light, shiny, sparkling.
Odorat : floral notes: acacia, linden, honeysuckle, hawthorn.
Goût : the material is dry, acidic with aromas of dried apricots and honey. This brings the wine to a pleasant note.
Like many of his colleagues, this white wine goes perfectly with fish: smoked trout, crayfish, scallops, baked carp.
As regards cheeses, it is necessary to associate them with so-called "strong" cheeses such as blue or Roquefort. It is with these dishes that he will show all his acidity and his mellow side.
The ideal operating temperature is 12 to 14°.
